Analyst Team Lead
Analyst Team Lead- Print Solutions This role is to act as a buffer between the rest of the business and the analyst team. To be the face of the team and create a well-managed and efficient delivery team. The main responsibilities of the Analyst Team Lead are, but not limited to, the below: Act as a PM for deployments where required. Organising analysts and acting as liaison to the customer for installations, deliveries, etc. Triage first line support requests from customers before assigning to analysts and/or escalating to Xerox. An ability to fix or perform due diligence on support requests before reassigning to a field analyst is preferred. Triage questions that come from the Sales team members before assigning to a field analyst. An ability to answer or perform due diligence on questions before reassigning to a field analyst is preferred. Monitor Xerox XDA and XSM applications for reports and alerts. An ability to react or perform due diligence on alerts before reassigning to a field analyst is preferred. Monitor and report on all support escalations into the Xerox ecosystem and relay information both internally and to customers. Be responsible for the Xerox APP internal awareness programs and training for them, both with the analysts and the sales team members. Perform regular reviews of the field analyst individuals and identify requirements of training and improvements. Provide monthly performance updates of the analyst team to the group CIO. Liaise with the Pre-Sales teams on contract deliveries for professional services when a field analyst is required to deliver. Uphold a high professional standard of the entire analyst team The main abilities sought: A professional attitude acting as the face of the analyst team to the rest of the company. An awareness of the importance that the analyst team has in relation to customer experience. A passion for efficiency and documented process. A can-do attitude but with the ability to say, and explain, when a NO is required. Diplomatic ability with cross department interactions.
