Autism Teaching Assistant - Scarborough

Supporting young children with additional needs
Flexible term time working hours

The Job Role:

Supporting children aged 2-16 years old with a diagnosis of Autism
Assisting the class teacher with the delivering of lessons; interactive Primary Curriculum learning
Working 1:1 with pupils to support them in the classroom, on trips such as swimming and with life-skills
Contribute to the academic and social development of pupils
The School:

A partnership client graded as Good by Ofsted
Based in central Scarborough with great transport links via car, bus and train
An inclusive School with 100 pupils aged between 2 and 16 years old, with almost 50% of children on the autistic spectrum
A great Senior Leadership Team who will support progression
