We are looking for a strategic, analytical and creative Campaign Manager to join a rapidly growing entrepreneurial business in Banbury.
Your focus will be around building and sending of B2C and B2B email campaigns across all territories for both business's brands. As well as analytical, you'll need to be an enthusiastic team player with a collaborative approach and drive to succeed.

What you'll be doing in this role;
  • Building and sending all B2C and B2B emails for all territories.
  • Meeting email revenue targets, circulating weekly email reporting and providing in depth analysis on email KPIs including; open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue and un subscribe rates.
  • Testing all newsletters before circulating to ensure layout is responsive with different devices and email providers.
  • Feeding back to the Marketing Assistant on performance analysis, this will be to ensure email content is briefed in line with performance.
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, to devise and execute CRM strategies to improve customer retention and repeat purchases; introducing a more strategic approach to active, lapsing and lapsed customers.
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to create, implement and optimise a bespoke lifecycle programme, including but not limited to; creating a welcome series to introduce and incentivise new customers, identifying and rewarding our VIP customers.
  • Working with the Digital Marketing and Marketing Manager to introduce a bespoke loyalty scheme for key customers.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to ensure traffic driving initiatives are being implemented to support database growth targets and integrate sign up initiatives.
  • Working closely with the Ecommerce team to ensure the database is clean and correct and the data flow is working as it should do.
  • Being proactive in staying abreast of industry trends, making recommendations to continually improve and evolve their Email and CRM strategies.

Who we are looking for;
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail environment but that's not essential
  • Previous experience using Mailchimp
  • Good understanding of HTML for email
  • Very good understanding of GDPR in relation to email and customer data processes
  • Highly analytical with a flair for using data to make recommendations and implement new initiatives
  • An understanding of all digital marketing channels and willingness to support in other areas where required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
