We are currently looking for an experienced Franchisee Support Manager to join our team based in Bristol to cover the south west region. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary.

Our Retail business is headquartered from Crewe, Cheshire, and is the UK's largest off licence operator with a growing convenience offer under our fascias of Bargain Booze, Wine Rack, Select Convenience and Central Convenience - all with over 600 stores nationwide!

Your key responsibilities as our Franchisee Support Manager are:

- To ensure Brand Standards are consistently delivered in all areas across Franchisee Stores.

- Store execution of promotions and theatre in store.

- Space and Range is maximise for the stores growth of profit.

- Best practice procedures and stock control are implemented.

- Build strong relationships with the customers ensuring regular structured, productive and documented visits through operating a store visit rota.

- Ensure your stores are driving all business promotions and supporting marketing events.

- Ensure franchisee store visit reports are completed, with clear action plans detailed, followed up and saved.

- Review the financial performance with each franchisee and provide franchisee with an improvement plan to maximise sales and profit.

- To provide effective solutions and guidance to franchisees which improve their turnover and profitability based on your experience/ judgement and thorough analysis of all available data on areas such as ranging, space allocation, merchandising, availability, local competition, business costs etc.

- Promote and Identify existing franchisees business expansion opportunities.

- Building constructive and open communications and continuously escalate ideas and suggestions from our franchisees and company owned stores ensuring that each franchisee is listened to.

- Effective communication with colleagues to share and promote best practice and business ideas.

- Liaise with all head office departments as appropriate to resolve franchisee issues in a timely manner.

- Developing customer awareness of the business's products and services focusing on the customer needs and the market.

- Keeps update with convenience retail and competitors.

- Good presenting and effective communication skills.

- Manages times efficiently, with effective forward diary planning.

- A full UK driving licence is essential
