The CRM Manager is fully responsible for the planning, management and execution of strategic CRM initiatives end to end, from concept, data & communications strategy development, creative content development, design, build, test & execution.

Campaigns include both acquisition and retention initiatives, business to business and business to consumer and will cover a broad range of direct media, including direct mail, email and mobile.

You will be responsible for planning the management and execution of targeted CRM campaigns. Proactively identifying areas for optimisation and supporting in making these changes happen. You will create technical developer briefs for changes, to ensure accurate selection of target audience, segments and variable content placement. You will also take responsibility for running and adhering to strict data validation, approval and proofing routines, ensuring a high level of accuracy, always.

Do you have the ability to take ownership of projects and progress at all times, continually seeking improved ways of working and suggestions for future initiatives? Do you have an analytical approach and an aptitude towards working with data and systems? Are you a confident, efficient and effective communicator? Do you have experience in Marketing, specifically direct marketing & database Marketing?
