An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our client, a people focussed Wealth Management company in Bath. This Client offers a clear career path to Paraplanning or advising, if desired, along with an excellent benefits package.

They are seeking an Advisor Support Administrator to join their busy team in which you will provide a proactive and efficient 1:1 administration support to a successful Advisor.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Assist the Advisor in the procurement and processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients, always adhering to FCA regulations and internal policy procedure
  • Produce the relevant paperwork for clients, on behalf of the Advisor including quotations, illustrations and valuations
  • Process all new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards
  • Deal with basic queries from clients, Advisers or colleagues, taking appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner.

Our client is keen to see candidates with significant experience in a similar Wealth Management administration role. Although consideration from applicants with a Product Provider, Platform or Banking background will be seriously considered. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be a good team player with an adaptable and flexible approach to work.
