I am currently recruiting for an innovative Manufacturer and Supplier based in West Drayton. What does the Job involve?
  • Make data-led and insight-driven decisions when executing campaigns that will significantly contribute to the revenue of the business.
  • Implementing automated email campaigns.
  • Empowered to create, run and optimise digital campaigns across PPC, Display, Paid Social and Affiliate channels.
  • To monitor and report on paid search performance against KPI targets, as well as, analyse key metrics to increasingly promote brand awareness.
  • To take full ownership and shape our paid media strategy by generating traffic and revenue from search engines, social and digital advertising platforms to both our business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) websites.
  • Exposure to our internal creative team where you can influence Content Marketing decisions based on your experience of best practice digital activation.
  • To be involved in the wider Marketing Communication planning process, to ensure campaigns are fully aligned across both offline and online channels.

Key attributes were looking for?
  • 2-3 years' experience of building new campaigns across multiple Search Engine ad-platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience of traditional paid traffic practices and platforms including Google Ads, Display advertising and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrable experience in running automated and results driven email campaigns.
  • Monitoring of campaign results and analysing key metrics to generate growth and incremental revenue, brand preference and loyalty via social media, content marketing and digital activations.
  • Confident in their ability to discuss campaign performance, recommend strategies and process changes to the Marketing Manager and/or Senior Management Team.
  • Reviewing and gaining in-depth knowledge of brands, market differences, audiences, targeting and segmentation to drive continual growth and optimisation.
  • Relevant Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Passionate for and in tune with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking with proven experience of reporting on success metrics in paid, as well as, social media.
  • Keyword research and ad copy creation.
  • Continual optimisation of campaigns to agreed revenue and Return-on-Investment (ROI) targets.
  • Managing daily paid campaign spend to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Clear sense of initiative and capacity to work independently, whilst being the go-to-person for Paid Media.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience of briefing and managing internal and/or external creative and/or consultancies.
  • Solid knowledge of digital media advertising and activation best practice.
  • Meeting objectives and providing constructive feedback on how to improve / optimise processes.
  • Investigating campaign benchmarks, market trends and industry insights - in order to conduct competitor analysis and provide key recommendations on increasing market share (MaSh).

£25,000 to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
