We have a dynamic team that's distributed globally with our head office (4 - 5 people) based in Shoreditch, London - which is where you will be located.

The role:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter, with a hands-on attitude and a knack for details. You will work on a new program that we are currently piloting that helps software buyers find the information they need through dynamically generated recommendation reports and seamless vendor introductions. You will work with partners, software vendors, users and technical colleagues to refine, test, tweak and scale this digital matchmaking machine. You will run campaigns to promote the program, build new partnerships and develop your own ideas to scale the new program through our marketplaces and wider partner network.

The role sits at the intersection between marketing, sales, product management, customer success and program strategy. Since you will be the point person on this, the program's success is your success. You will get the chance to earn a bonus and get stock options in line with the program performance. Requirements:
  • 1.5+ years of marketing, operations or sales experience in B2B tech and/or startups
  • A Bachelor's degree or above with a demonstrable interest in business, technology, statistics or analytics
  • A keen understanding of the SaaS / software market and marketplaces in general
  • Experience working with CRMs, planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies and dealing with B2B clients
  • Experience working with large datasets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to foster and grow client relationships
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and good technical acumen

We offer competitive salaries, a direct and uncapped bonus structure based on the program performance, attractive stock options and pension benefits - all of which will scale with the impact you have on our business. Your base salary will depend on your level of experience and overall skillset.

Base: £25K - £35K Bonus: based on program performance

Stock Options: based experience and probation performance
