Marketing Manager, based Aldershot.
Up to £50,000 basic plus excellent benefits package.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager with ambitions to progress to Marketing Director.

The Marketing Manager will work to organise and execute the companies' B2B marketing, product launch and communications activities to trade partners, utilising strong operational and project management skills. Being responsible for delivering and managing product launch campaigns, account-based marketing activities to distributors and market communications to drive business growth in coordination with the central strategy.


You will organise and run the day-to-day marketing and campaign activities across multiple channels to support sales and business growth in line with the quarterly marketing plan and calendar:

Product Launch Campaigns - plan, organise and deliver each product launch campaign for writing instruments and promotional merchandise, from concept to roll-out, in line with the annual plan. Ensure deadlines are hit and management information is produced and communicated.
Campaign Materials - working with marketing team colleagues, organise and develop best practice campaign materials to maximise the commercial impact of every new product.
Trade Account Marketing - organise and deliver engaging campaigns to and through trade partners to increase sales and maximise product awareness. Plan and run trade marketing activities and develop materials to drive the acquisition and retention of distributors. Support and fulfil day-to-day account marketing requests and requirements.
Event and Exhibitions - plan, organise and deliver all trade shows and exhibitions as per the exhibition calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and lead generation objectives achieved.
Internal and Customer Events - plan, organise and deliver internal events and customer networking days, in line with budgets and event objectives.
Direct Marketing - develop, organise and deliver all postal direct marketing campaign activity in line with the marketing campaign plan, ensuring in-house teams are engaged and deadlines hit.
Email Marketing - develop and deliver weekly email marketing campaigns to targeted trade and customer audience groups in line with the content and thematic calendar to maximise awareness.
Campaign Automation - Use campaign automation tools (Communigator, DotDigital) for email scheduling, planning and activity implementation. Report on performance and insights.To apply please email a copy of your CV to Darren Dewrance of Aaron Wallis .
