Looking for an experienced Deputy Manager (RGN or RMN or RNLD) to help manage and develop the team of nurses and carers in a Care Home in Nottingham.

You will lead a team to deliver care that enhances every resident's life, maximising both their physical and mental well-being.

The care provider covers a variety of care for residents needing Nursing, respite and palliative care and support residents including; Dementia, end of life, Old Age, Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment.

This home provides excellent care with a family orientated approach, the care provider strives to deliver the best service they can, while ensuring they are committed to health care professionals have the passion to deliver an excellent service.

As a Deputy Manager you must be extremely personable as you will be liaising with the entire team to ensure all the Client's needs are met. This role is extremely fast paced and requires someone truly dedicated and able to remain positive and professional when working under pressure.

Deputy Manager role:

·Full time, Permanent Contract: 22 hours on the floor and 22 hours Supernumerary hours.

·Generous salary of £18.00 / hour

·Office hours and Shift work with a need to be flexible if cover is required.

Deputy Care Manager Role & Responsibilities:

·To be accountable to the Registered Manager for the smooth running of day to day within the Nursing home.

·Help manage and develop the team of Nurses, Carers and in their Nursing home, and deliver care that enhances every resident's life, maximising both their physical and mental wellbeing.

·Ability to take ownership of achieving the highest levels of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards & policies, ensuring we achieve exceptional CQC reports.

·Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is being delivered to all their clients

·Maintain a high standard of nursing care in-line with NMC code of conduct

·Ensure the provision of high-quality care services to vulnerable people living in their own home

Deputy Home Manager Experience Required:

·Minimum 1 years' experience as Nursing Manager.

·Maintain a high standard of nursing care in-line with NMC code of conduct

·Must have NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards

·Experience in a similar role as a Deputy Manager/Care Coordinator or Team Leader.

·Demonstrable experience of leading teams of Nurses, Carers in a Care home or similar environment.

·Have the desire to make a real difference and greatly improve an already well-established business

·Must have great communication, organisational and administration skills
