We're working on a large transformation programme, as part of that we have a key team delivering work to allow our business to transform and move us forwards towards our goals. Within our People Function Transformation team, we are recruiting for a Core HR Analyst. The role will be responsible for delivery and documentation of end to end Core HR processes that include technology enablers.

Responsibilities:

• Support the end to end global process design including technology enablers to deliver the required customer experience
• Responsible for documentation of end to end processes and enablers within scope including reviewing and adapting technical documentation e.g. process maps and test scripts
• Manage localisation design process and support the evidence and governance around approvals
• Review training materials
• Support end-to end testing of processes, system and new ways of working
• Support data migration activities with functional inputs
• Work with policy harmonisation team and HR process owners
• Review all documentation with a view to completeness, quality, usability, and brand alignment
• Manage the suite of process materials produced
• Liaise with other people and workstreams to ensure consistent understanding and interpretation of processes as designed and update documentation to clarify if required

Required Skills & Experience:

• A strong business acumen and a "can do" attitude
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to influence and interact across all levels
• Proven experience working in a complex organisation that requires detail orientation, sound judgment and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, understand 'what good looks like', and capable of multi-tasking
• Ability to deliver results in a global matrix organisation
• Fluent/native English language skills.
• Visio experience an advantage
• SAP SuccessFactors experience an advantage

If you've worked with SuccessFactors/Enable Now previously that would be beneficial as well as experience of cloud based solutions, work date, oracle fusion or CRM systems, as well as an ability to use a range of authoring tools.
