Full time, all year round, 36 hours per week

Salary: £31,719- £33,500 depending on level of experience

Contract term: Permanent

Northampton School (NN4) is seeking an accomplished Nursery Manager to lead an expanded and refurbished Nursery, relishing the chance to make a difference in shaping and continuing the success of an already high quality setting. This is a special opportunity to develop our thriving Nursery, and not just take up the reins of the day-to-day.

The successful candidates will have a recognised childcare qualification to NVQ Level 3 with relevant experience from within an educational establishment as well as a good level of management experience from within a nursery setting. You will have a passion for Early Years education and childcare and want to work as part of a successful team that is child focused in every element of its practice and dedicated to the delivery of outstanding nursery education. You will need excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and have a patient and positive outlook. Initiative and problem-solving to improve what we do still further is also strongly encouraged.
