Account Manager - We are advertising on behalf of a Company who are a leading business who specialise in manufacturing and distributing towed equipment and parts to the plant hire, construction and utility industries. They are currently looking to recruit a B2B experienced Account Manager to be based from their Colchester headquarters. This Account Manager role is working on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, with a basic salary of £25,000 depending on experience. As the successful Account Manager , you will be responsible for approximately 900 accounts which you will develop and maintain a profitable business from. You will need to take a very proactive approach to this role and ensure excellent customer service is provided while communicating with customers over the phone and by email. Account Manager duties will include: Making around 50 calls per day to generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts Makes sure clients receive requested products in a timely fashion Understand and communicate client needs Forecasts and tracks client account metrics Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients Skills and Attributes: Experience working in a B2B environment is essential. Experience with CRM management is essential. Confident building rapport/relationships with clients. Confident telephone manner. Computer literate with good written communication skills. This role is full-time with working hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm. On offer to the ideal candidate is a salary of £25,000 (depending on experience) plus commission.
