Central Employment are delighted to be working exclusively with a well known leisure brand in their search for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee the management of between 15-20 stores in their region, ensuring all stores work towards hitting and exceeding targets.

The ideal candidate will be have a background in customer service and be passionate about giving customers a positive and lasting experience.

The purpose of the Area Manager is to ensure all stores are working towards targets and dealing with any escalations above store manager level. The Area Manager will be responsible for all staff in their region and ensure that they perform to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer experience consistently as an individual and through your team
  • Visit stores on a daily basis to monitor progress, liase with managers and contribute to productivity
  • Coach team to exceed customer service experience and up-sell products to achieve revenue
  • Preserve visual and brand standards
  • Sign off staff rotas and holidays and compliance check documents
  • Ensure all company communications are implemented
  • Lead by example and consistently motivate the team

Full training is provided for this role. The client is offering a salary of £30,000, with a performance based bonus structure with an OTE of £50,000. A company car, laptop and mobile is included in the package.

This is a full time, 40 hours per week role and candidates are asked to be flexible in store opening times of 8am-9pm Monday-Sunday. This is a regional role so candidates are required to have a full UK driving licence.
