About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us at Tunstall as a Senior Digital Executive. This is a new role in the company and a fantastic opportunity for a self-starting, motivated, knowledgeable and practical individual to come in and contribute towards shape the companies digital presence.

Working closely with the Group Marketing Director, Tunstall Healthcare are looking for a hands on and pragmatic Senior Digital Executive to manage the global website, support the regional digital teams to ensure all sites are operating consistently across the group.

Work alongside the Marketing Operation Manager you will implement a new CMS platform into the organisation. You will introduce marketing automation across the organisation by implementing campaign tools, optimising all the sites with best practice and key words, and tracking visitor behaviour. You will bring consistency across digital campaigns in the organisation, by designing workflows to support 'hero campaigns' for solution propositions mapped across stakeholders

In addition you will help to upskill regional teams to ensure the digital presence and marketing programs across all digital channels is being fully utilised.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain the plan and milestones to implement a new global CMS platform across the organisation working with the Marketing Operations Manager and designated agencies.
- Oversee the regional migration plan to ensure all regions are onboarded successfully.
- Support regional teams by creating templates and sharing best practice for them to leverage group level activity.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media group level campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
- Identify new and creative opportunities using digital platforms to reach our target audience.
- Plan, execute, and measure all digital campaign activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identify conversion points and optimise user journeys.
- Collaborate with agencies to continue developing the website (& other vendor partners).
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Working closely with execution teams to advise and guide on programs and most effective use of optimising the use of content across a range of digital channels.
- Manage the Website Style Guide to ensure global consistency.
- Review all new pages to ensure brand/structure/optimisation has been utilised effectively before going live.
- Support the business in adopting best practice and increase campaign performance.

About you:

- A relevant degree in Marketing or related field.
- Significant and proven experience in digital marketing.
- Experience of working with Enterprise CMS systems.
- Understanding of marketing automation capabilities and experiencing operationalising.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Desirable to have Adobe Cloud for creating/editing online banners.
- Experience in optimising landing pages and designing effective templates.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Experience working with an .net/enterprise CMS.
- Confidently operate and update content in the CMS environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communicator at all levels.
