SYK Recruitment Specialists are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Nurse Manager with RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification, to work in a small care home in the Caerphilly area. The luxury home is owned and managed by a leading national care group and offers elderly, dementia and disability nursing care to older adults from the local community.

Details of this Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:
• 44 hours per week available on a permanent basis
• £18.36 per hour (equates to £42,007.68 per annum & NHS Band 7)

As RGN/RMN/RNLD Deputy Nurse Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions.

What our client is looking for in a Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD:
• Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
• Up to date NMC registration
• Confident leading, developing and motivating a team of Nurses and HCAs
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of CQC essential standards
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
