We are looking for a proven leader to manage our Leeds branch.
  • Registered Branch Manager - Up to £35,000 per annum
  • Ongoing development
  • Colleague celebration fund

Assuming a key leadership role, you will take full accountability for the operational performance of your branch; leading, developing and driving the business whilst ensuring that we deliver the very best quality care and support. You will manage and develop a team of Coordinators, be involved in day to activity, support with business growth and identify new business opportunities.

Your role will have 3 main components that forms our golden thread including quality, people and return on investment and duties will include -
  • Promoting the highest standards of care and support in line with the organisation's mission, vision, values and behaviours. Driving quality standards within all aspects of the business, ensuring we're getting better, every day.
  • Developing your team to support the objectives of your branch and the wider organisation. Promoting personal development and growth opportunities but also not being afraid of having conversations around performance when required.
  • Championing the evolution of the business by leading the development and integration of new services or the enhancement of existing services.

Your Key Characteristics and Experience

  • Strong organisational skills and computer literate
  • Commercially minded with the ability to lead people to deliver ambitious growth targets
  • Level 5 Diploma Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or a willingness to undertaken this qualification
  • Full driving licence
  • Experience of the domiciliary / healthcare sector is essential with a proven track record of commercial success

Successful candidates will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check and will be required to participate in the on call rota.
