We are working with a managed service provider (MSP) who have a true passion for what they do, how they do it and are a great bunch of people to work with. How do we know this? What is the job?

Acting as 2nd/3rd line IT Support to the external client base you will have a broad remit from remote-based software support through to onsite desktop deployments and hardware installations no day will be the same.

What do they work with?
  • Predominantly HP Workstations
  • Dell Server Hardware
  • Both Windows and Mac hardware and software support
  • A mix of Draytek, Unifi and HP network equipment
  • 3CX phone systems hosted on Debian 8 and 9
  • Backups are processed using Acronis, Altaro and Datto
  • ConnectWise Manage
  • Datto RMM

What other skills would be useful?
  • Background in an MSP or similar business
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Exposure to a broad range of hardware and software
