As a Team Leader working for Gray Healthcare you will primarily perform a front-line management role. As the 'house lead' you will effectively support the Service User and their Community Support Team within designated support packages. By offering on-site direct management through 'on and off' shift patterns and providing quality assurance and full rota management ensuring safe, responsive and effective working practice.

You will lead your team, oversee the rota, assist with the development of recovery plans, reporting progress to the family. You will also spend time working on shift to promote independence.

About you

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Team Leader / Senior Support Worker within Recovery, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Outreach or Forensic Work. If you are a team player with great communication skills, possess an NVQ/QCF 3 or willingness to complete the qualification with Gray Healthcare we'd love to hear from you.
