EY People Advisory Services are seeking Senior Consultants in Change Experience with relevant expertise to support the growth of the team and successfully deliver client assignments, broadly covering the following areas: Change management, organisational design & talent planning, learning development, culture change and programme transformation. PAS is broad and represents capabilities and offerings that support our client's transformational and transactional agendas, management of evolving workforces, deploying transformation projects in support of business strategy.Your key responsibilitiesIn this role, your responsibilities will include core consulting and programme delivery across your area of expertise, project management activities will also include:Contribute to the delivery of projects and programmes to meet and exceed client expectationsBe able to analyse problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutionsContribute to the development of a culture service, engagement offering and people strategiesIdentify and innovate ways to expand our PAS service offerings to clients, to positively impact current engagementsTake a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreementTake ownership for initiatives to promote inclusive and collaborative working within client engagements and within the wider PAS communityAbility to identify and build new opportunities and client relationshipsGood insight of the market and consulting purchasing trendAssist with the integration and inclusion of new team membersBe up to date with key technical and functional skills, and with industry, business and leadership skills & knowledge - and share this expertise with othersReinforces our values, through day to day behaviour and challenge disrespectful behaviourSkills and attributes for successBe professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertiseHave strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisionsTake a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreementBe able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutionsBe skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team membersBe confident and effective in recognising and managing potential issues during client assignmentsTo qualify for the role you must haveProven experience in one or more of the following: process design, project management, organisational design, policy harmonisation, technology transformation & optimisation, change managementSpecific experience in cybersecurity is preferred however not essential, experience in working in a technology or risk management environment is desirableAbility to adapt this experience to a cybersecurity focusExperienced management consultant with relevant experience in advising clients on large scale programmes and change projects within large and complex organisationsProven track record of delivering transformation projectsDemonstrated track record of building client relationships Ideally, you'll also haveA primary degree and any post graduate degrees and professional qualifications are desirable but not critical e.g. CIPDExperience of working on projects gained working within a professional services firm, global consultancy firm and/or large private and/or public sector organisationsExperience in risk/compliance/regulatory and/or cyber security projectsWhat we look forWe have many clients from various sectors talking to us about how can they assess, attract and nurture individual talent engagingly in varying contexts.We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate real impact within various areas of PAS for our clients.
