Our Jack Straws Lane Day Nursery is looking for an ambitious Room Leader to join their team.

Exclusive to staff and students of the University of Oxford, kidsunlimited's nursery on Jack Straws Lane is situated in an inspiring Grade II listed building just off the A4144. Set in beautiful grounds and with access to a woodland area, the nursery has four well equipped rooms with parking available outside.

ROOM LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues

b) Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times

c) Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS

d) Overseeing the smooth running and high quality practice within the room

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

a) Team Leadership experience preferred.

b) Good experience as a key worker within an early years setting

c) A full and relevant child care qualification (Level 3)

d) A passionate and positive attitude.
