We are working within a SEN School in Havering, North East London within the Education Sector. Our client is looking for passionate SEN TA's to add to their team. The successful SEN TA will be joining a friendly, welcoming school that believes on making a good environment for both pupils and staff. The SEN School offers ongoing training, a supportive team and long-term opportunities for career growth.

Main duties include:
  • Assisting pupils with their educational and personal needs
  • Working with Teachers, parents and carers in ensuring pupil progress is monitored
  • Maintaining pupil's interest and motivation
  • Encourage pupils to engage in teacher led activities
  • Working with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ASC and ASD.

To be successful:
  • You must have professional or personal experience working with pupils with MLD/SLD/ASC/ASD
  • Be willing to commit to the same days each week on a long term basis
  • Be absolutely committed to making a positive difference to the lives of learning within the SEN School
  • Able to attend an open day on Wednesday 16th October at the SEN School
