You will join us as a Claims Administration Team Leader in a full time, permanent role based within our Amesbury Office.

Claims Administration Team Leader Responsibilities:

- Providing guidance and support to our Claims Administrators, ensuring their performance is in line with company standards.
- Using your expert product knowledge to deal with queries and ensuring the team have the required knowledge
- Ensuring the team are up to date with all relevant FCA regulations and training.
- Supporting the Claims Admin Manager in the day to day running of the department.

Claims Administration Team Leader Requirements:

- Experience of managing teams and organising workloads within a team would see you hit the ground running.
- A positive attitude to developing team members with the aim of achieving department service level targets.
- To be highly organised and excellent at working on multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Location: Amesbury

Job type: Full Time, Permanent; 37.5 per week, working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30 am - 6 pm. Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis

Salary: £23,500 per annum with excellent benefits
