Essex + Travel throughout London and the Home Counties
£38,000 - £42,000 + Bonus (OTE £50K) + Car Allowance + 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Business Development Manager Role Overview:

You will be tasked with selling our products and maintenance services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions and taking the lead on proposals. You'll maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; working closely with colleagues and the Managing Director to identify, research, and recommend new channel opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Your ultimate remit will be to grow new and repeat business as such contributing to the company’s future development and sustainable growth.

About You:

+ Proven Business Development/Account Management experience. At least 2 years
+ Self-motivated, results-driven approach
+ Commercial awareness and acumen
+ IT and Numerical skills
+ Truly pro-active, analytical and pragmatic in your approach
+ Entrepreneurial, innovative, and driven to think out-of-the-box
+ Comfortable working with senior management and at strategic level
