Our client a leading supplier in the UK, are looking to recruit a highly skilled, trained and motivated Internal Sales Accounts Manager
Overall Job Purpose:
Responsible for cleansing, maintaining and growing the current database of industry contacts, to generate new business.
Requirements
• Proven account management or other relevant experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good listening and negotiation skills.
• A confident, persuasive manner.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients.
• A professional manner.
• Ability to multi-task.
• PC literate.
Responsibilities:
• To identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
• Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to reach the company Sales Target.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
• Track key account metrics.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
• Sales order processing
• Follow up quotations
Benefits:
Working in a friendly, team orientated working environment, onsite training including product and system training.
Salary: £23k (plus bonus - but only if company hits target)
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
Holiday: 22 days plus Bank Holidays
Parking: Free off road parking
