Assistant Payroll Manager
Hinckley
£28,000 - £33,000

I am recruiting for a client who are a well established firm of accountants, due to extensive expansion they now have a need for an experienced Payroll Professional.

Their offices are based in Hinckley, the successful candidate will report into the Payroll Manager and take ownership of the client payroll area.

Duties:
-Oversee and processing of monthly, quarterly, annual and weekly payrolls
-Ensure RTI submissions on time
- All statutory payments
- CIS suffered/deducted
- Journals
- Management of online portal
- Support to clients for payroll queries using, HMRC Basic Tools, Sage One, Xero plus any other system clients may have
- Contact with HMRC, pension providers
- Able to offer a fully managed payroll for clients within 48 hour turnaround period.

The candidate;
- Proven supervisory / management of staff and decision making
- Experience with Sage 50
- Either worked on Multiple or Client based payrolls.
