If yes, then we may have the role for you!As the Credit Risk Manager, you be part of our Credit Risk and Analytics team, championing our retail portfolio. You will help the Bank grow in a safe and sustainable way by leading on lending policies, rules and systems. You will work within a fast paced dynamic environment, where you will provide game changing solutions and play a key role in shaping our risk data structure for modelling, validation and reporting.So what would you be doing?...• Leading on the credit risk performance of unsecured consumer lending portfolios• Making sure portfolios are in line with the Bank's risk appetite• Processing and analysing large volumes of data using SAS or SQL• Performing ad-hoc analysis to provide insight into portfolio performance• Overseeing credit risk policies• Developing new credit strategies in the best interest of our customers• Building relationships with key stakeholders across the BankYou need to be this kind of person...• Passionate about providing unparalleled levels of service and convenience for customers• Prepared to stick at something - we get nervous if someone has jumped from job to job• Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environmentWe always support colleagues to develop their skills.
