Experienced Bid Manager required for a professional firm based in the heart of Birmingham.

The role

This role is working alongside a marketing and design team and with the full support of the Directors, taking responsibility for the production of pre-qualification questionnaires and tenders as well as supporting with wider marketing. As Bid Manager, you will work to create, edit and design the finalised proposal document, often working on multiple bids at the same time so it's essential that you are an excellent multi-tasker! You'll be involved with the whole process which will naturally involve research, as well as auditing existing bid materials and systems to improve work flow. Additionally you'll be involved with the coordination of internal events, external client events as well as various socials.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who has already gained Bids experience from a previous role who additionally has excellent creative writing ability, very strong organisational skills and a flexible working style as well as having experience of Adobe Creative Suite. A background within architecture or construction would also be really useful, alongside a professional marketing qualification and experience of managing website content.
