Role Description
We are looking for a Quantitative Research Analyst to join our fast-growing team. The role sits within our policy team and will focus on developing new policy proposals that can solve today's challenges and building our impact measurement practice. Our new recruit will work directly with some of the world's biggest companies across a range of sectors including tech, e-commerce and pharma. This individual will be collaborative, enjoy working on multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We need someone with the required skills, attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

The position is a full-time role, based in our offices in Westminster.

The right candidate will have:
  • 2.1 or higher in a quantitative or social science degree (i.e. maths, science, psychology, economics or computer science) at a leading university
  • A-level maths
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Creativity and the ability to develop new modelling strategies
  • Ability to rapidly learn and self-develop
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Also desirable would be:
  • Significant past experience in quantitative modelling or STEM postgraduate degree
  • Proficiency in R, Python or STATA
  • Experience with measuring economic and/or social impact
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A demonstrated interest in politics
