A small mental health and dementia nursing home in the Woodbridge area is looking to recruit an RGN or RMN Registered Nurse to join their clinical team.

Details of this Registered Nurse position and what the home is offering:
• A permanent contract of 36 hours per week
• Flexible shifts with days or nights available
• Pay rates starting from £15.75 per hour and increasing to £16.20 per hour upon completion of probation (equates to £29,484 per annum & NHS Band 6
• An additional 50p per hour should you wish to become a Champion Nurse in a specialism such as dementia/catheterisation/tissue viability etc
• Paid breaks
• A comprehensive induction and opportunities for training, development and career progression

As Registered Nurse, you will lead a small team of HCAs and will manage and implement care programmes for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring their clinical and personal care needs are met and that they are enjoying the best possible quality of life.

What we are looking for in an Registered Nurse:
• NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
• Demonstrate some post-registration experience, ideally within a UK nursing home or elderly and dementia care setting
• Committed to delivering the best possible standards of care and willing to further develop your skills and knowledge in order to do so
• Flexible to work shifts covering a 7 day rota
