Location: Nationwide - Ideal candidate will be based in either Essex, or central Scotland
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Tuesday - Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement - Getting the brand out there!! - Interacting with future potential customers to drive footfall to their existing and newly opened stores across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Street Team Coordinator to lead a team of promo staff who will engage in on-street marketing, directly engage with consumers and attend events.

This is a multi- site role, where you will be required to travel with the rest of the promo team to various locations throughout the UK. Travel and accommodation will be paid for.

The promo/street team will interact with consumers to promote the brand, help launch their new stores and spread awareness of the company as they continue on their growth plan. With plans to have 300 stores by 2021, these roles will be integral in getting their name out there.

Primary focus is to educate smokers on the benefits of making the switch and driving existing smokers to store to make the switch to vaping on the day!

Street Team Coordinator requirements:

- Lead and motivate a promo team
- Engage with the public and increase footfall into stores
- Bring new ideas to the table in how to speak to customers/grow interest
- Research events that could be beneficial to attend
- Communicate with potential customers in and out of store and let them know about the products
- Target and approach smokers on high streets across the UK to educate them on the benefits of making the switch to vaping and introducing the brand
- Run in-store local events in their retail outlets across the UK
- Explain the benefits of vaping and encourage smokers to make the switch to vaping
- Represent the brand professionally at all times

- Candidate Requirements:

About you:

- Excellent communication skills (especially verbal)
- Reliable and confident with a friendly and positive attitude
- Enjoy interacting with the public
- A knowledge of the vaping industry and vaping products is preferred but not essential
