Are you a Customer Services Adviser who is looking for a challenging, fast paced opportunity within a successful innovative business? Customer Services deliver timely and accurate administration of the company's loan products including direct liaison with the company's introducers and customers on the telephone and by correspondence. Ensuring accuracy at all times and that the company's processes and procedures are followed.

Main responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound telephone call handling
- Gathering initial information for customer complaints
- Updating / correction of HPI records
- Recording all received information and updating electronic and paper filing
- Liaison with Dealerships / Area Sales Managers

About you
You will have good Maths and English abilities; be computer literate within MS office; display excellent customer service awareness, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
