We are seeking a Product Development professional, with a track record of delivering commercially successful and innovative product development , to manage Product development for our Business to Business sectors.

This role provides you with a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference for our customers in hospitals and care homes. You will also be responsible for driving customer focused innovation for our foodservice & manufacturing customers and providing new food solutions for our nurseries sector. You will ensure all of our B2B products deliver 'great food to be proud of'.

You will be expected to significantly accelerate innovation, drive continuous improvement and contribute to accelerated growth.

Working closely with colleagues across the business you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle and for delivering a B2B innovations pipeline. You will take a leading role in establishing development plans and managing development and implementation programmes to deliver them.

As a senior member of our Product Development team, you will be expected to make a major impact on the profitable growth of our business, through a proactive, responsive and agile approach to product development and through inspirational leadership and development of your team.

You will also ensure an effective, efficient and flexible service is provided for the technical aspects of product development (including raw material specifications, product information , labelling and finished product specifications).
