The Premex Group are looking for an ambitious, service driven individual with excellent computer skills to join our Credit control team based here in Bolton.

Premex work closely with Solicitor firms and insurers in connection with personal injury, rehabilitation and investigation services, therefore you will need to be able to confidently communicate with our nationwide clients in regard to over due invoices.

What will I be doing?

The primal purpose of your role will be to support our credit control team with administrative tasks, such as dealing with the post - both sending and filtering to the correct contact. Ensuring filing and scanning is completed and taking calls from our customers and clients regarding overdue invoices.

You will also be responsible for managing the credit control inbox, answering or addressing the client emails as promptly and swiftly as possible, ensuring that all clients are replied to within a timely manner and systems updated where necessary. As you will work with multiple systems, you must be able to multitask and liaise with numerous contacts for various customer accounts

The position could be suited to an individual already in the NHS or medical industry with administrational skills, wanting to move on into a more commercial and private business within a finance department or a graduate looking for their next steps into your chosen industry!

Experience Preferred but not essential -

Experience in debt collection or as a collection's advisor.
