Technical Support Engineer (£30,000 to £38,000) We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a cutting edge organisation based in Sidcup. As a business they are heavily investing in technology that will allow them to grow and transform the bsuiness and allow them to enhace the service they deliver to their clients. You will be working in a service desk environment dealing with more complex issues and offering subject matter expertise to the end users where appropriate. You will be working in a very collaborative environment so you will also have the opportunity to learn from more senior and knowledgable members of the team. We are looking for someone with: * ITIL foundation level knowledge * Experience in supporting Windows 10, Windows Server & Office 365 * Strong communication skills * Strong customer service As the succesful Technical Support Engineer you will be provide you with a salary of £30,000 - £38,000 and other great benefits.
