My global client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst for a permanent position based in the Cardiff Bay Headquarters. The role will provide 1st & 2nd line support across a range of Microsoft and Apple technologies.

My client is looking for someone with previous Service Desk support experience working with a call logging system such as Remedy or Assyst etc. Technologies to be supported include Windows operating systems & desktops, PC & network hardware, MS-Office application software with some Windows Server, AD and basic Exchange Server. Any knowledge of Citrix, VMWare & telephony (Avaya) would be beneficial. Previous experience working to ITIL support standards is required.

The role will provide support to both the local office and international offices as required. The ability to speak a European language in addition to English would be helpful. Please ensure that you clearly demonstrate your previous ITIL led Service Desk experience on your CV.
