Full stack .NET Developer- Newcastle upon Tyne

My client, an award winning insurance provider, are looking for a .Net Developer to join their Newcastle based development team. They have won multiple awards, including Best Specialist Insurance Provider 2018, they have been also enlisted on '1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 20l9'. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the finance industry and will be passionate about technology. Because of their rapid growth, therefore they offer fast track progression alongside learning and development programmes throughout your career.

On a daily basis you will:
  • Work closely with the rest of the business analysing business needs and system requirements,
  • Gather requirements, analyse them, design, test and implement new solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing systems and solutions
  • Troubleshoot
  • Create necessary documentation

The key skills needed include:
  • C#
  • .NET
  • NET
  • MVC
  • HTML, CSS,
  • JQuery, XML, JSON

Desirable Skills are:
  • Bootstrap/ Razor/ Linq
  • WCF websevices, SOAP
  • WebAPI
  • TFS Source Code Knowledge
  • Previous experience working in Agile or SCRUM methodology
