£22,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

We are looking for a Mail Order & Ecommerce Co-ordinator who is enthusiastic, adaptable and energetic to work in the online retail department at Wisley Gardens.
There has never been a more exciting time to be part of our Retail Team at RHS Wisley. With a new multi million pound Wisley Welcome Building, Gift Shop and Plant Centre opened earlier this year and a new web platform planned for Spring 2020 we are looking to recruit a proactive, self-motivated and customer focused Online Co-ordinator to join our friendly team.
As a Mail Order & Ecommerce Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:Delivering engaging online content ensuring we share our passion for plants, gifts and horticulture with every customer.
Identify online changes and improvements through reporting tools & analysis to deliver inspirational content, engaging customers and maximising sales.Assist with delivering a successful retail email programme.
Work closely with buyers, replenishment and the shop-floor team to identify new sales opportunities and accurate stock information online.
Provide assistance with the departments operational function as required: providing help and advice to customers via phone and email, picking, processing and packing orders.
You must be IT literate, confident with writing and evaluating copy and editing images and have excellent attention to detail. You need to be organised and able to work as part of a small team, but also under your own initiative.
