Part Time Accounts Administrator - Filton, Bristol - Vibrant office - Not-for-profit organisation

Red are currently recruiting for one of our most trusted clients, a well-respected not-for-profit company in Filton, Bristol, for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join their fantastic team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will ensure all invoices for the services division are raised and sent to purchasers and also to provide a credit control function.

Part Time Accounts Administrator Main Duties:
  • To ensure all activities are invoiced in a timely manner on receipt of information from finance officers, department administrators/managers, and account managers/officers
  • To ensure all credits notes are raised in accordance with information supplied from account managers/officers
  • Work with all services and appropriate department managers to ensure that maximum income levels are attained
  • To be the point of contact for Purchasers for any queries relating to invoices raised
  • To prepare reports on income that has been invoiced

Part Time Accounts Administrator Key Skills:
  • Able to use accounting software (Caresys; PeoplePlanner; Focal Point) and other relevant systems
  • Ability to input data accurately; good eye for detail
  • Able to provide information via the use of Excel spreadsheets
  • AAT qualification or equivalent
  • General Ledger experience

Job Title: Part Time Accounts Administrator

Salary: £16,600 - £18,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Location: Filton, Bristol

Type: 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, Permanent
