Are you an experienced financial administrator who is looking to get your foot in the door with a global organisation?

Our client based in Elland are currently recruiting for a Financial administrator on a Temp to Perm basis!

Job Spec;
  • Daily update of cash book for bank receipts and payments. Posting daily receipts and payments to Navision.
  • Daily processing of purchase ledger activity (receiving new PI's, match with manual PO's, GL code up (using local Navision code structure - GL acct, division, region, work type), posting PI's to Navision.
  • Daily - one off bank payments as required.
  • Daily - ad hoc sales invoices
  • Weekly intra month bank reconciliations.
  • Weekly batching of purchase invoices for authorisation prior to payment.
  • Weekly - running service invoice routines and dispatching sales invoices
  • Weekly purchase ledger payment run - batching invoices due for payment and setting up BACS payment run on Bankline software. Collating paperwork and presenting to authoriser.
  • Weekly filing paid purchase ledger invoices and payment documents.
  • Month end bank reconciliation.
  • Month end analysis of certain GL codes.
  • Month end review of purchase ledger to identify debit balances etc and resolve.
  • Ad hoc - taking inbound telephone calls to finance department/query resolution etc.
  • Ad hoc - credit control work.
  • Ad hoc - finance one off tasks as and when required.

This is a full time contract working 37.5 hours per week between 8am - 5pm.

Salary - £20k

Temp to perm contract
