The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and driving the student recruitment targets to Partner Institutions by taking responsibility for the planning and implementation of student recruitment activities in conjunction with our partners, including supporting progression.

The post holder will provide integral business development and student recruitment expertise in line with partnership development plans and objectives.

You will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of integrated business development plans for a designated set of partners with an objective of driving joint working, building strong relationships and increasing student recruitment numbers.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Develop and define the business development plan, to generate maximum returns to support specific elements of the international strategy
  • Build close and effective relationships with overseas partners to remove barriers to international recruitment, drive achievement of targets and secure support for action plans in the context of their recruitment potential.
  • Take lead responsibility for the development and delivery of all recruitment and business development activity and materials to enable the seamless delivery of messaging.
  • To undertake recruitment activity within Partner Institutions, schools and colleges to support driving recruitment. Including attending fairs, open days, delivering presentations and providing advice on programmes offered within Partner Institutions.
  • Develop detailed joint briefs with partners identifying key requirements for the delivery of business development and recruitment activities including market research, campaigns, promotional materials, advertising, brochures, website, events etc.
  • Responsible for working with the International Marketing Co-ordinator (MEA) to ensure accurate partner content on the website at all times and undertake regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • To be responsible for providing monthly measurement and evaluation all marketing spend and activities. Establish strong data sharing with partners and support partners on implementation of data and reporting techniques in order to evaluate recruitment activity and spend, ensuring regular and robust reports which demonstrate return on investment
