Our client is a leading Housing Association, improving the lives of thousands across the North of England. They are looking for an experienced Business Change professional to join the Business Improvement & Innovation team, to work on a variety of assignments across multiple teams and service areas within the business. This is an incredibly exciting and diverse role that could see you working on digital transformation projects, the streamlining of processes, or even the development and uptake of brand new processes as our client introduces new and better technology.

As a Business Change Partner, you will be collaborating with various teams and service areas across the group to build upon and further enhance the organisational capabilities they will need to succeed in moving forward. You may have to wear several different hats at various stages of a project, or assignment, from Analyst to Project Manager, Organisation Designer to Change Designer, bringing your expertise to the fore and operating as the Change Manager & Co-creator of the work you take on.

As we are a business across several office locations, this post can be based out of Blackburn, Lancashire or Wakefield, Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will have a track record of cross team working, excelling in change-management, as well as demonstrating an aptitude in the area of technology and cultural change projects.

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who have the following natural qualities:

  • Fantastic communication skills with the ability to communicate at various levels of the business, using varied mediums to achieve your desired result
  • Experience of working with teams to deliver solutions
  • The ability to work and problem solve in a new and innovative manner
  • You will be able to understand and make the case for why change in key service areas is required

The ideal candidate will also hold a Project Management or Lean Systems qualification or be willing to study for this.

Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is required, along with access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes; with travel to our other offices throughout the North of England to be expected.

In return we can offer you a great set of benefits which includes;
  • 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years service) + bank holidays.
  • A great flexible working environment, with a range of family friendly policies
  • Great new comfortable and modern offices
  • A huge scope of personal development opportunities
  • A very attractive pension scheme & healthcare benefits as well
  • For the more active minded we also offer a "cycle to work" scheme

The closing date for applications is midnight on the 25th September, with interviews being held on the 30th September.
