IT Service Desk Analyst - Professional Services - Windows - DMS - Office 365 - ITIL - central Bristol

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an organisation who are a highly regarded in their field. Joining a growing team in Bristol, liaising with other offices and IT Support teams, working as an IT Service Desk Analyst in excellent supportive surroundings.

The role involves 1st/2nd Line Support of the internal systems, be it installation, repairs, updates or networking issues, and many other activities in between, being one of the go-to people within the organisation.

There is a large DMS (Document Management System) implementation project taking place in Q4, so previous DMS exposure - of any sort - is vital (iManage / FileSite / NetDocs / LegalWorks)

A passion for IT is a must! As the team in Bristol small and growing, you will gain hands-on experience quickly, in multiple areas of IT Support.

As a member of the IT Support team you will be:

- Supporting all end users throughout the in-house systems - Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, VOIP

- Working on the configuration, installation and support of organisational networks, email, intranet and web systems

- Taking ownership of incidents and requests, processing within an ITIL framework

- Maintaining various areas of hardware and software; Desktops, peripherals, servers etc.

- Testing new software and hardware platforms, before roll-out, accounting for any possible issues

- Documenting errors, failures and hardware removals accurately and in a timely fashion

- Keeping up to date with the world of IT, possibly using your knowledge to implement new ideas and strategies
