Administrator Job
Location: Hatfield
Pay rate: £11.89 per hour
Contract length: 6 months with a view to be extended
Required to cover 37.5 hours Mon - Sun between 8am - 7pm Weekly Rota

A leading IT service provider has a job requirement for an Administrator to join their growing team in Hatfield. Our client, who operate in over 70 countries and have over 10,000 employees in Europe alone, are Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services who implement the most appropriate technology from a wide range of vendors to manage their technology infrastructure on their client's behalf. However, the most important part of their company are the services they provide, which is where you come in.

Your new job in Hatfield
In your new job as an Administrator in Hatfield you will be responsible for:
 Using ITSM (internal system), understand the requirement of the customer and order the requested part. Liaising with customers, internal and external, ordering parts, working with config engineers, and technical partners. Managing incidents, closing incidents, resolving issues.
 Send the part through to the Workshop engineers for configuration
 Arranging visits with our technical partners
 Providing good customer service
 Contacting customers and confirming address and availability
 Meeting deadlines and ensuring customer requirements are met but chasing up open incidents and closing completed incidents.
 Advising and providing support to customers to satisfactorily resolve queries and escalating where appropriate.
 Ensure Department meets deadlines performance targets
 Maintain & improve Customer satisfaction levels
 Answering enquiries via email and telephone from customers and internal service teams

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Administrator based in Hatfield will have excellent organisation skills and you'll be competent with:
* Keyboard & PC Skills Microsoft Office Tools familiarity, Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Evidence of telephone skills in previous employment.
* Proactive attitude to problem solving
* Focussed and self-motivated
* Good Communication Skills
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
