KCR Solutions are currently looking to recruit a purchase ledger for an excellent client in North Shields

Salary - £18,000 to £22,000

Responsibilities
  1. Daily processing of invoices and credit notes
  2. Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  3. Weekly review of GRNI/creditors to ensure invoices are received and processed within a timely manner along with outstanding payments being receipted
  4. Prepare weekly bank payments including BACs and one-off supplier payments
  5. Carry out ad-hoc tasks
  6. Deliver an outstanding level of customer service to all stakeholders
  7. Participate in process improvements
  8. Frequent update of supplier records

Skills Required
  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Previous purchase ledger experience
