We are looking for a Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team on a part time basis.

What will you do:
  • To ensure all activities are invoiced in a timely manner on receipt of information from managers or offices
  • To ensure all credits notes are raised in accordance with information supplied from account managers
  • Work with all services and appropriate department managers to ensure that maximum income levels are attained
  • To be the point of contact for Purchasers for any queries relating to invoices raised
  • To prepare financial reports as required

You will have:
  • Previous Experience in an accounting role.
  • Able to use accounting software (Sage)
  • Ability to input data accurately; good eye for detail
  • Able to provide information via the use of Excel spreadsheets
  • General Ledger experience would be an advantage

We are looking for someone to join us Monday to Friday 09:00 - 13:00 (flexible to suit), with flexibility to cover annual leave. This role is available with an immediate start.
