How can you grow with Nufarm?

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will work closely with the business ensuring the continued operation, support and management of end users workstations, servers and applications.

What will you be doing?

Working Monday to Friday, based at our site in Wyke, West Yorkshire.Our Service Desk is the single point of contact for all IT and IS requests and issues.You will ensure user requests are resolved within acceptable timeframes; troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with other members of a small Service Desk team. You will provide Workstation application training and support for new and current users.As well as the deployment of life cycle equipment; and supporting the printers fleet, you will assist with the support of Windows servers and the Citrix environment, along with support of PBX various systems, fixed and mobile phones; and will support remote users and remote sites, so some travel may be required.

What do you bring?

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in an IT support environment and have troubleshooting experience and techniques.You will have demonstrable knowledge of PC hardware, and experience with Windows operation system software.You should have some knowledge of IT infrastructure.Exposure to Windows server administration, Citrix and standard IT software (antivirus, ITIL ticketing system, remote administration tool) would be advantageous.

Salary and benefits

In return we offer the successful candidate an annual salary of between £28k to £30k (dependant on experience); a defined contribution pension scheme; a site bonus scheme; and the opportunity of joining Nufarm's share plan scheme.
