We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join us. The Digital Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to work across the VERCIDA Group, to drive and promote our brand and market our services to new prospects. This is a truly exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager who not only wants to enhance their career, but someone who wants to be a part of our growth journey.


  • The Digital Marketing manager will be responsible for the website using systems like Hubspot, and will work closely with business directors on
  • Creative marketing background working proactively and reactively to subject matter currently trending.
  • As a Digital Marketing Manager you will have strong SEO, PPC, Social Media and email marketing knowledge.
  • The role will require PR and marketing of Whitepapers and reports, nationally and internationally to engage leaders within Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development and other areas.
  • To work in partnership with client managers in order to improve process and product delivery Working with the team on campaigns, video, research and time frame management.
  • Managing website content and creative.
  • Producing reports and data to ensure that is reaching the ever increasing audience.
  • Promote VERCIDA Group events
  • Manage and improve current prospect database
  • To ensure all data structure is compliant with GDPR

Desired Skills and experience:
  • Experience with in Diversity and Inclusion would be beneficial however not essential.
  • Worked within the Talent, Learning & Development sectors.
  • Passionate about the positive change you can be part of.
  • Managing and KPI a team of two
