2nd Line Service Desk Support Analyst

An experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Support Analyst with 2- 3 years' experience is required by our client based in Orpington on a Permanent basis to provide service desk support.

Candidates wishing to apply for this position should consider themselves to be a self-starter, multi tasker and have a can do attitude with proven experience in your previous position of supporting the following technologies: Office 365, Cisco Telephony, Active Directory, VMWare and have excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016. It is not essential the successful candidate has experience with all

You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a Service Desk role and be looking to take the next step in your career as you be responsible for escalating tickets from 1st line support and supporting the Technical Support Manager to assist in Supervision of the Support Desk. You will be working within a small team and have ability to mentor more junior members of the team.

This role requires a candidate to interview ASAP.

Location: Orpington/Sidcup

Salary: £25,000- £27,000
