We're working on a large transformation programme, as part of that we have a key team delivering work to allow our business to transform and move us forwards towards our goals. Within our People Function Transformation team, we are recruiting for a Learning Development Specialist. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering content to support learning identified throughout the transformation programme. This will be a variety of different training such as face to face, online, and virtual training. Digital learning specifically will form a large part of the offering that will be created for our global community. There are a variety of training topic's to be included in this work:- Changes to roles and ways of working, new systems and a range of soft and technical skills. Responsibilities This role will design, develop and build training that is not only technical but also engaging, positive and, critically, understands the soft skills required. Working with key stakeholders and the subject matter experts for each area, where not already defined, the role will identify the appropriate learning approach from the Change Impact Assessment and co-ordinate the delivery against roll out plans for learning, including managing new content through the sign off process. The role will collect and evaluate feedback of the quality of the modules. This feedback will be incorporated and develop an ongoing culture of continuous improvement for these modules. Qualifications What about the type of person we're looking for? You will be someone who has a strong background in designing and creating learning materials that engage, excite and inform their audience. You'll also need to have a background within digital learning and experience of delivering learning for cloud-based technical deployments, ways of working process changes as well as managerial & leadership skills. You'll be someone who is comfortable in using your own judgement to decide what material is needed and what approach would be most beneficial for each module that needs to be delivered. You'll have worked in an agile environment and will be comfortable with a certain amount of ambiguity. Being able to manage and incorporate changing priorities and be capable of multi-tasking is essential. You'll have excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and be able to judge 'what good looks like', we'd like you to have worked to design and build training within a project environment. If you've worked with SuccessFactors/Enable Now previously that would be beneficial as well as experience of cloud based solutions, work date, oracle fusion or CRM systems, as well as an ability to use a range of authoring tools.
